It is an archive before it is anything else
Most home apps start with control. Muninn starts with memory — the dull, valuable part. What you own, what it cost, who installed it, when the warranty runs out, what last month's bill actually said. Everything else on this page sits on top of that record.

Assets & rooms
Every device, appliance and fixture — manufacturer, model, serial, warranty, the room it lives in and the documents that came with it. Import a batch from CSV.
Documents
Contracts, manuals, invoices and plans, linked to the asset, vehicle or bill they belong to — and delivered only through an authenticated request.
Bills & utilities
Electricity, water, gas, property tax, cellular, internet, TV and landline. Providers as a tile grid, each with its own icon from a catalog of 85. Every bill keeps its meter readings, consumption and VAT.
Vehicles 360
Cars and motorcycles, each on its Israeli plate: licence and insurance expiry, next service due by date or by odometer, and a history of services, repairs and claims with the invoice attached.
Renewals & price jumps
Each contract period records what it costs and the price it rolls over to. Reminders arrive before the end date, on it and after — and a bill that comes in above the agreed price is flagged.
Maintenance
Tasks with due dates, a list of what is already late, and a reminder when something slips past its date.
Cameras
Document every camera: model, lens, resolution, PoE, NVR channel and retention — drawn on a coverage map with field-of-view cones.

One box across assets, rooms, documents, bills, cameras and maintenance tasks, with a direct link to every hit.
Muninn, the assistant
Ask about your own home and get an answer built from your own records, with links to the ones it used. He knows which screen you're on, and ⌘J opens him anywhere.
Members & permissions
Family and professionals get none, view or edit per module across thirteen modules — enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface. One account can hold more than one home.
Notifications
In-app and by email, per category, with a digest so only the time-sensitive things interrupt you.
Hebrew and English
Every screen in both, right-to-left included — with property tax, Israeli plates and the local insurance classes treated as normal, not as an edge case.
Forward a bill. It files itself.
Every home gets its own private inbound address. Point your provider mail at it — or forward a single message — and Muninn reads the attachment, works out what it is, and files it under the right provider and account.

A private address per home
The secret token inside the address is what authenticates the mail. The sender's name is never trusted — it is trivially forged.

Read, then classified
The attachment lands in a private bucket and its text is read: document type, vendor, amount, billing period, meter readings, VAT.

Filed, or waiting for you
A confident match files itself. Anything less waits in the inbox for one click — and mail that fails SPF or DKIM is never filed automatically.
A bill from a provider the home doesn't have yet? A wizard offers to create it, prefilled from the invoice.
Private by construction
This is one household's system, not a service with a sales page. The parts that decide who can see what are worth stating plainly.
No document is handed out as a link. Files are streamed through a route that re-checks your membership on every request — no public URLs, no signed links.
Permissions are per module and enforced by the database itself, so someone who can't see the cameras on screen can't reach them through the API either.
Sign in with a passkey, or an 8-digit code sent to your email. Registration is closed: it takes an invite code, and without one the sign-in screen can add you to the waitlist.
